Leadership is not an innate characteristic, a fixed quality that one does or doesn’t have. It’s not charisma, style, or even polished public speaking. Rather, it’s a set of behaviors and skills that can be learned and honed through intentional practice, reflection, and mentoring. Above all, it’s an attitude of gratitude and service that puts people first.
I'm an academic librarian by training. In my 24+ years in higher education I've seen the difference that effective leadership can make (and the damage that ineffective leadership can do.) I'm eager to work with you to help you meet your personal, professional, or organizational goals.
