Tim Hackman has dual Master's degrees from the University of Maryland and intensive leadership training from Harvard and Vanderbilt Universities and the American Library Association. He's published on leading change and project management, and has taught leadership and management courses for Kent State and Old Dominion Universities. Working in large, research-intensive academic institutions since 2002, Tim understands the importance (and challenges) of leadership development at every level of the organization.
